Can I personalize my piece?
Yes. Selected pieces from our Personal Engraving collection can be engraved with names, dates or initials. Each engraved piece is made individually for you — which is exactly why it becomes an heirloom.
What is the NL mark on my jewelry?
The engraved NL monogram is the maker's mark of our founder, Netanel Levy. It appears on every Montéva piece — our signature, and our promise of quality.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your piece away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Remove it before swimming or exercising, store it separately in its Montéva box, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Cared for well, 14K gold lasts a lifetime — and longer.

Can I return my order?
Yes — unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized and engraved pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Always. Every Montéva order arrives in our signature box — ready to be given, no wrapping needed.
