Montéva ships worldwide. Available shipping methods, delivery times and rates for your destination are shown at checkout.
Personalized and engraved pieces are made individually to order, so please allow additional production time before dispatch — the estimate is shown on the product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Montéva piece. If something isn't right, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
A few conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in their original Montéva packaging.
- Personalized and engraved pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we will repair or replace it. Every Montéva piece carries the NL maker's mark, and we stand behind it.
